Three different ticket services are available to you

  • License Support Tickets

Use these tickets to request license checks for products that are not yet available in the License Library Knowledgebase. Our team will research the usage rights of the reported product and inform you upon completion.

  • SKU Creation Tickets

If you cannot find an SKU (Stock Keeping Unit; manufacturer article number) for a commercial license in the SKU Tracker, you can submit it for inclusion. Our team will validate your information and add the SKU to the database.

  • Use Case Tickets

With a Use Case Ticket, you can ask an individual licensing question about a software vendor or product, which our team will answer for you and back up with appropriate evidence.
