Ticket services
- How long does it take for tickets to be processed and for me to receive a result?

The licensing of the License Library is done per “Named User”. Therefore, a license is granted for a named user (a personal e-mail address). Temporary transfer of the personalized access to a second person is not allowed. Concurrent user model access is not supported. Please note that no licenses can be issued for collective mailboxes.
