Which kind of support do I receive with iGrafx?
When purchasing a iGrafx software license, the customer is entitled to Basic Support. The Basic Support gives the customer access to electronic web-based self-help and Technical Support by email. During the active Maintenance Period, the customer also has access to Premium Technical Support e.g. support requests by email and phone.
