Which kind of license agreements does Oracle use and how are they connected?

Oracle uses a combination of license agreements. At top priority, the Oracle Master Agreement (OMA) governs the rights granted, ownership, restrictions, warranties, disclaimers, confidentialities, etc., and relates to all Oracle products and services. Older Oracle customers may have signed an Oracle License and Service Agreement (OLSA), which has the same functionality as the OMA.

The second important license agreement is the Ordering Document. It describes the rights to specific products and services, for example license types, number of users, the level of support, and discounts. By signing the Ordering Document, you also accept the terms of the OMA.
