We would like to offer internal training for Microsoft Office 2016 to our employees. We are purchasing Office licenses exclusively via a MPSA agreement. Which licenses do we need to purchase?

As long as you are not using more than 20 copies of any licensed product in a dedicated training facility on your premises, you do not need to purchase any additional licenses.

If you are, for example, using Office 2016 Standard and Office 2016 Pro Plus, you may only use those two Office editions for your training purposes. If you require more than 20 licenses for training, you need to purchase additional licenses via your MPSA agreement.
