Is a licence for Microsoft Teams included in Office 2021 LTSC?

Office 2021 LTSC only includes the Teams setup, but does not include a Microsoft Teams licence. If a user already has Microsoft Teams or an Office 365 licence or a Microsoft 365 plan and their Active Directory account is linked, then the user can make full use of Microsoft Teams.

If Microsoft Teams is not licensed separately via the above products, then the Office 2021 LTSC user can use the exploratory Microsoft Teams service.
