Level 1 – number of seats: 1-4
Level 2 – number of seats: 5-50
Level 3 – number of seats: 51-251
Level 4 – number of seats: 251- 2500
Level 5 – number of seats: 2501+

Government agencies and non-profit organizations have access to pricing that does not exceed Level 4 (251+ seats).

A maintenance license is included with all purchases of software on a subscription basis.

For perpetual licenses of the software, maintenance must be purchased separately.

Allows home use of the software copy for teachers and faculty staff, except home use is prohibited in China, India, Vietnam, and Indonesia. Software used at home by teachers and faculty staff must be used exclusively for teaching purposes related to the teachers’ employment with the school.

Licensing details

• Maintenance license with upgrades for the software is available at no extra charge
• Phone and email support for one designated customer representative per site license is free of charge
• Audit right is maximum once per annual period and written notice will be given before 48 hours
• The license agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom

In this case, “Site” refers to a campus, department, faculty, or other distinct organizational unit of any qualified institution.

You may install and use of the software on

• any authorized computers at the site by authorized users
• any home and laptop computers for use by teachers and staff

Licensing details

• Free-of-charge web based support
• If maintenance is acquired, the user is entitled to five incidents of priority technical support and any upgrades, updates related to software. During the term of maintenance, the customer has the right to replicate copies of the software in respect of which it has acquired maintenance and distribute copies to students for use on their personal computers
• Audit right is maximum once per annual period and written notice will be given before 48 hours
• The license agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA

In this case, “Site” refers to a campus, department, faculty, or other distinct organizational unit of any qualified institution.

You may install and use copies of the software on any authorized computers at the site for use by authorized users.
